CAVA was established in 2012 by Alejandro Saavedra-Montero to fill a niche in construction and property management for clients in one of the most exclusive residential estates in Europe, La Zagaleta.

The objective was to create high quality and personalised construction and property management  to International and Spanish clients.

We manage all types of residential construction projects from small extensions to full refurbishments and new builds.

We also offer comprehensive maintenance contracts, providing a range of services from housekeeping and gardening to accounts and company administration.
